Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a stylized buckle with a letter R, with a central horse and rider on a hollow background, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, the reverse maker marked L. CHR. LAUER, NRNBERG BERLIN, measuring 41. 45 mm (w) x 51. 84 mm (h), weighing 15. 6 grams, in
