(Tapferkeitsmedaille); In bronze, the obverse with a cross with the Saxon Coat of Arms in the centre, along with the Saxon crown and 1914 within the top three arms of the cross; the reverse with the Royal Monogram of Ernst II, with a Saxon crown directly above; on loop for suspension; with a shortened period original ribbon; measuring 31. 14 mm in diameter; weighing 12. 7 grams; in overall extremely fine condition.
