Made from 40 year old vines grown on ancient limestone and clay soils, this wine captures the essence of the region's terroir. The blend of Vermentino, Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Moscato brings together citrus zest, floral notes, and a touch of fresh herbs, creating a well balanced and lively wine. Spontaneously fermented with ambient yeast and
