Grown in biodynamic vineyards in the Gavi DOCG production area of Piemonte, the grapes are hand harvested and undergo classic maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 15 days. The wine is then aged for 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks, with light filtration and no fining, and no added sulfites. This
