Instituted in 1990. Four piece construction, insignia in bronze gilt with red, white, blue and green enamels, the insignia with six inlaid glass stones, mounted to a base in bronze gilt incorporating a cross in white enamels with silvered trim on its edges, emanating rays between each arm of the cross, unmarked, measuring 80. 5 mm (w) x 80. 5 mm (h), vertical pinback, intact enamels, extremely fine.
