A beautiful star in silver gilt, and enamels, presenting a shamrock cross with red arms, the central medallion features Alfonso X on a blue enamel field, surrounded by a white enamel ring inscribed ALFONSO X EL SABIO REY DE CASTILLA Y LEON, the reverse features a single vertical pin flanked by dual stays, measures 76. 4 mm (w) x 76. 6 mm (h), weighs 49. 55 grams, very minor enamel wear, remains in very fine condition.
