This four grain whiskey is unusual in its class because it features no corn in the mash bill, and is instead distilled from a bill consisting of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. The grains are all sourced from a local and organic farmers collective. The spirit is aged in new oak barrels from Minnesota with a heavy char. The resulting spirit
