Germany, Kriegsmarine. A Mint High Seas Fleet Badge, with Case, by Schwerin United Republic of stamped with an issue number(Flottenkriegsabzeichen mit Etui). Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a frontal depiction of a battleship cutting through waves, the reverse with a block hinge and tapering banjo style pinback meeting a flattened and rounded catch, designer marked ADOLF BOCK, BERLIN and maker marked
