The vineyards sit on clay and limestone soils and have been certified organic since 2012. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and undergo a short cold maceration before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. The wine ages on fine lees for 6 to 10 months, resulting in a fresh and precise expression of Pinot Noir with vibrant fruit and gentle structure.
