It reads Due to complicity and active participation in the attack on a train bridge guard outpost at Ostrow on February 11, 1942, the 30 year old Russian Wassili Sjabew from Baranowtschi was hanged following sentencing by court martial. The sentence was carried out publicly on February 12. It measures 588 mm x 398 mm with light
