English Three Drawer Desk c.1930-1950 Carts Today the building is sharedABOUT An early 20th century English three drawer desk with bronze key hole and lock, turned legs, hand cut dovetails joints, mortise and tenon joints and vulcanized fiber top. The bronze lock is stamped "GR" (George Rex) for King George. CREATOR Unknown. DATE OF MANUFACTURE England c. 1930 1950. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Pine, Elm, Fiber. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. No key. Drawers may have been rebuilt sometime in its history.
