Les Capriades La Bulle Rouge 2017 Lemongrass rye whiskiesAnother unique and gulpable methode ancestrale sparkling wine from Pascal Potaire in Touraine. For the La Bulle Rouge, Pascal uses only Gamay "teinturiers", aka Gamay that has both red flesh and red juice. The wine is incredibly jolly, with fine bubbles and a nose of red fruits and fresh raisins, with beautiful acidity and a dry finish. 10% alcohol, so don't be afraid to pour a few glasses at the next celebration.
