Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse bearing a central raised depiction of Vienna City Hall, topped by a castle, above an enameled coat of arms, and circumscribed by three white enameled banners bearing a gilt inscription of WIENER BRGER VEREINIGUNG (VIENNESE CITIZENS ASSOCIATION), the reverse with an attachment clip maker marked REINEMER & SPIEGEL, WIEN, measuring 39 mm
