Civil Division. In 18 K Gold with red, blue, white and green enamels, a double headed eagle perched on an iron crown with enamel details, a green enamel wreath along the bottom half, measures 29. 2 mm (w) x 55. 4 mm (h), weighs 23. 5 grams (including ribbon), marked on pendilia denoting manufacture by Rothe, in Vienna, with gold mark as well, worn on original ribbon via a white
