Germany, HJ. A 1938 National Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Bronze Grade, by Gustav Brehmer Republic of and Boutonniere: marked "1/20 10K(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1938). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a white enameled medallion overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel overlaid by an enameled HJ insignia, topped by an inscription of KREISSIEGER and flanked by a date of 1938, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round
