A large banner flag, constructed of a red cotton cloth base, bearing double sided central white cotton discs measuring 72 cm in diameter, each overlaid by a dyed black mobile swastika, the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel for suspension, unmarked, measuring 115 cm (w) x 372 cm (l), demonstrating minor soiling and material fatigue, in near extremely fine condition.
