Constructed of light blue rayon, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white rayon tresses, bearing a central Reichsluftschutzbund (National Air Protection League RLB) insignia executed in multi coloured machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 206 mm (w) x 100 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, with minor discolouration evident, in extremely fine condition.
