Hardshelled design on both the lid and base, the exterior with a bright yellow dimpled fabric covering on all sides, the lid bearing the Venezuelan Army insignia, inscribed "CONDECORACION CRUZ DEL EJERCITO VENEZOLANO" above and "SEGUNDA CLASE" below in red ink, inside lid lined in white satin, padded and maker marked "Distintivos Venezolanos", a white cotton strap supporting the lid when opened, a white cardboard insert
