A Rare C-Class Glider Pilot’s Badge, in Silver with Diamonds consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac alongside a mark of “SILBER”(Segelflugzeugfhrerabzeichen in Silber mit Diamanten). Constructed of silver with diamonds and enamel, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by initials FAI (Fdration Aronautique Internationale). Topped by three crown shaped appliques, each inset with a genuine diamond, surrounding a blue enameled disc bearing three white gulls, the reverse with a boutonniere attachment, stamped with an issue number of 508
