Hardshelled design on both the lid and base, the exterior with a black dimpled fabric covering on all sides, the lid bearing the Venezuelan coat of arms and inscribed "ORDEN FRANCISCO DE MIRANDA" below in gold coloured ink, inside lid lined in maroon satin, padded and maker marked "JOYERIAS UNIDAS S. A.", the base with a maroon synthetic dimpled liner and a maroon fabric wrapped cardboard insert
