After spending four years baking in the Texas sun in new American white oak barrels, this 115 proof bourbon nectar is then transferred to a second new American white oak barrel (custom designed by Master Distiller Donnis Todd to highlight specific flavors and qualities), and aged for another year to create bourbon candy
