A red enameled cross, constructed of solid 14Kt. Gold, edged with golden rims, ornate designs in the corners of the crosss arms, the obverse center presents a hand painted St. Anne, the reverse center shows blue hand painted initials on white enamel, the integral ring is Gold hallmarked 56 for 14k, also stamped with date of issue 1866, measures 33. 43 mm (w) x 37. 78 mm (h),
