A nickel lever and another nickel scale turn the wheel in precise increments for weight and pricing. Cast iron with worn original blue green and gold paint. Original mounted nickel label and two other faded graphics on top and on the side. Both lever and measuring scale appear to work properly. Steel blade handle lifts properly. CREATOR
