1929 T.1 $100 First National Bank of Houston, Texas Charter 1644 ~ Apparent Very Good VA-105-G22a 25c - Ohio (Silver)At first glance this note is just an average Very Good but, it is not without issue. There is an internal tear across the bank title. Starting at the bottom of the top margin design it extends a little under 2" to ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. That said, this is still a $100 Type 1. National Bank note and current wholesale bid for Very Good examples is $190.
