A four armed enameled blue cross in silver gilt, with obverse centre featuring a gilt bust of Simon Bolvar surrounded by a blue enameled border inscribed ORDEN DE BOYACA (Order of Boyaca), the reverse centre presenting the inscription REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA (Colombian Republic) on a blue enameled medallion also in silver gilt, measuring 43. 31 (w) x 48. 58 mm (h inclusive of integral ball), with
