Baden, Grand Duchy. An Order of Berthold the First, Grand Cross Sash Archive Footnote: David Murdoch was a(Orden Berthold des Ersten Kommandeurkreuz). Instituted April 29, 1877. A full length and early broad sash riband, in red silk with silvered wire edges, possibly dating to the inception of the Order in the late 19th century, slight fraying at one end, measuring 144 cm in total length x 10 cm width, a rare Order in very fine condition.
