Analog 2021 Minho Balanced by lively acidityKristinus Cuve 2022 is a biodynamically farmed white and orange blend of 80% Welschriesling, 10% Gewrztraminer, and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, grown on the loamy, sandy soils near Lake Balaton. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in clayver, amphora, and tank, showcasing the purity of the grapes with no fining or filtration. Aged for 10 months in large amphorae and tanks, this wine delivers a natural, balanced expression with minimal added sulfur.
