Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a rightward facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of DEM BESTEN SCHTZEN (THE BEST MARKSMEN), within an oak leaf wreath, the obverse with a makers mark of E. WEIGAND FEC. for the firm of Emil Weigand, Berlin, measuring 40. 27 mm in diameter, weighing 36. 7 grams, in better than very fine condition.
