Instituted by Mustafa Pasha Bey in 1835. 1882 1902 Issue. A beautiful star, featuring a multi ray star with detailed facets throughout, with the central medallion with green enamels and the tughra of Ali Bey (1882 1902), the reverse with a horizontal pin marked C. F. ROTHE WIEN and two Vienna A marks, measures 90. 1 mm (w) x 87. 8 mm (h), weighs 96. 8 mm grams, enamels intact, dark patina on silver, functional hinge and clasp, in
