Portugal, Republic. A Red Cross, IV Grade Dedication Cross with Rosette Archive Martins Plain Hospital at Shorncliffe(Medalhas da Cruz Vermehla Portuguesa). Instituted in 1908. Multi piece construction, in silver with red, white and blue enamels, unmarked, measuring 38. 5 mm (w) x 42. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, circular highlight from a previously applied sticker evident on the arm at 12 o'clock on the reverse, small rosette with clasp affixed to its original ribbon, near extremely fine.
