Germany, Freikrops. A Rare Marine-Brigade Ehrhardt Sleeve Insignia Auction Archive clip on the reverse of(Marine Brigade Ehrhardt rmelabzeichen). Instituted February 1919 by Hermann Ehrhardt. (1920 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval rope wreath, surrounding a central banner bearing an inscription of EHRHARDT, topped by a Viking longship cutting through waves, and situated above a cluster of oak leaves, perforated at cardinal points with dual eyelets for sew on attachment, unmarked, measuring 54. 10 mm (w) x 80. 02
