Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised German Red Cross (DRK) style German national eagle, overlaid by a mobile swastika and clutching a Geneva Cross, set within an oval laurel wreath on a pebbled background, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, maker marked with the logo of Overhoff & Cie, Ldenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
