Insignia in silver gilt with red, white and black enamels, mounted to an eight pointed silver gilt star base, each star point with five emanating rays, maker marked "CONDECORAES RANDAL RIO" on the reverse cartouche, measuring 82 mm (w) x 81 mm (h), triple push pins, intact enamels, spotting evident on the obverse, near extremely fine.
