"Wee Eassie" Pictish Stone Candle The Emporium Next Doorium or other craft"Wee Eassie" Pictish Stone Candle by Perrywinkle Wax 'Found in the Eassie Burn in the late 18th century, the ancient Eassie Stone dates back to the mid 8th century AD. Double sided and carved in relief the stone is a particularly beautiful example of a Pictish Stone. On one side a large cross is heavily decorated with knotwork. In the top two quadrants are eroded Pictish angels. In the bottom right quadrant there is a cloaked warrior, and to the left
