In silver, consisting of a gilt Saltire Cross together with a ball tipped enameled white Maltese cross, the latter surrounded by an enameled green palm wreath, obverse with centre superposed by a crowned royal cypher of Milan Obrenovi III on a red enameled background, with enameled blue surrounded ribbon inscribed by cyrillic motto FOR FAITH PRINCE AND FATHERLAND, reverse
