Constructed of gilded and blackened zink, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, surrounding an upward pointing winged arrow, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a central visible rivet securing the obverse arrow in place, with a barrel hinge and tapering horizontal pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 75.
