The photo is an original archive picture from the Command Department (Kommandoamt) of the Waffen SS. It shows SS Gruppenfhrer Artur Phleps (KC and posthumous Oak Leaves) on the far left, SS Bridagefhrer Carl von Oberkamp in the middle (note the collar tab indicating SS Mountain Division Prinz
