The toggle stone is also a rough Quartz point, with a secondary toggle of a smooth clear Quartz crystal (you can slip both through the knotted loop to fasten the bracelet). The counter beads alternate with tiny faceted Hematite beads knotted and the whole bracelet is strung with light grey micro macrame cord. This is a handy
