Saint Laurent Carafa 2023 Clos Fantine 6 hectares in Valvignères andA fresh, shareable red from organically farmed vineyards in Znojmo. Whole clusters undergo 10 days of semi carbonic maceration before aging in a combination of French oak and Moravian amphorae. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, it is bright, earthy, and spice driven with plenty of energy and lift.
