Constructed of a black wool base, the obverse fully lined with a layer of silver aluminum wire, overlaid by two narrow machine embroidered black tresses, one end stitched into a loop to accommodation an aluminum loop, the opposite end retaining a brown leather tongue perforated with nine sets of dual eyelets for a fully adjustable fit, retaining aluminum attachment claws, the tongue stamped with a
